District No. 1 provides certain public facilities for the use and benefit of its taxpayers and service users. providing for the design, acquisition, construction, installation, perpetual maintenance, and financing of certain street, water, sanitation, safety protection, park and recreation, television relay and translation facilities, and mosquito control, improvements, and services within and without the boundaries of District No. 1.
Divide MPC Metropolitan District No. 1 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
